I used to see blog posts

I used to see blog posts

In everything I did

While walking the words would come to me

While showering the words would come to me

While sleeping the words would come to me

But today the world is silent

Friends lost

Parents lost

There is a silence in my world

All the while,

The outside world is too noisy

So noisy that I cannot discern things

So noisy that I cannot focus

The world is too scary

I used to see blog posts

Now what?

Be a Patron of My Art

Help support the podcasts financially. I’m not asking for big donations. I’m looking for $3 per month via the Patreon app. This app allows you to support me as an Artist. Your support is amplified as it gives me a greater opportunity to access grants. Your $3 per month makes a difference!

An illustration featuring a feather quill in an ink bottle, a heart above the quill, and a vintage-style microphone beside it. To the right, large text reads ‘Be a Patron of My Art.’ The design uses soft colors and has a creative, artistic theme

I was thinking the same thing a few weeks ago. There was a time where I blogged daily. Sometimes 2-3 posts (across a few blogs). One for life, one for learning, one for technology, and one in greek. Slowly the 4 became 3, then 2. I have glimpses about things I want to blog about, but when I do get to it the motivation wanes and the words are farther away to grasp. I bought myself a journal for new year. Paper-based. Looks like a captain’s log. Decided to write a bit offline each day.
